My purchase was supposedly shipped out July 28th, purchased 4 units for familly to keep with them. We are now September 8th and never got my purchase.
Very upset I probably got duped for a purchase we will never see!!

Hi there, we did follow up with you by email in August and sent a replacement package at that time. According to the tracking information, that replacement package was delivered on August 27th.
We always do our best to resolve shipping issues promptly and make sure customers receive their orders.
The pill top unscrewed from the bottle part and I lost it somewhere.

We recommend securing the bottom half with an extra turn once it touches the red o-ring to ensure a secure fit. Aspirin in the go!
I originally planned to buy 2 or 4 pill fobs, but realized that I knew several people with heart issues, so bought the 10-pack to give away to family and friends.
The bottom unscrewed itself over a couple days and I found the top attached to my key chain with no bottom?! Maybe have a lockout mode or latch to keep it from doing this.

I have already submitted a review and I have also sent an email about my issues. Two of my four containers opened unexpectedly, even though they were sealed properly. In both cases one of the ASA was stuck in the lid as well.
