Ordered august 29 and still haven’t received by October 20. Read other reviews and its a theme. I think this is a scam

Hi, I am so sorry your order has not arrived. You ordered on August 29, and your package shipped on September 3 by Canada Post Lettermail, which has no tracking. It appears Canada Post lost it in transit. On October 2, we sent a replacement package, and today, October 21, I am sending another package, this one with tracked shipping. We are a small family run business in Pickering, Ontario, and this is not the service we stand for. If more than the one package arrives, please keep the extra pill fobs.
