Shipping policy
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days at our fulfillment centre in Pickering, Ontario.
Canada
- Lettermail (no tracking) — $2.00 flat rate, delivered in 5–20 business days.
- Expedited Parcel (tracked) — rate and delivery time calculated at checkout.
- Priority (tracked, fastest) — rate and delivery time calculated at checkout.
United States
- Canada Post calculated rates at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. Lettermail does not include tracking — if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at info@saveaheart.ca and we'll make it right.
