It was a replacement for one that was lost.
I've had this pill fob for years as I have high blood pressure and a strenuous job so I like to be prepared. I ordered the four pack and gave them to coworkers and my wife. If I could afford it I would like to have given out more.
I have already submitted a review and I have also sent an email about my issues. Two of my four containers opened unexpectedly, even though they were sealed properly. In both cases one of the ASA was stuck in the lid as well.
