I bought these for the pill dispensers-honestly they are great for anything.

I bought 10 for my brothers and sisters. But ended up giving them to my kids and a couple sisters. Should have gotten 20.

The keychains are well made and will hold four 81mg aspirin. The carabiners aren’t too big so the whole works can be added to your keys so you always have it with you.

Have gifted 2 to friends, I hope they never have to use but they are ready!

I purchased the '2-Pack Save A Heart Keychain Carabiner' for 'just-in-case'. My younger sister had a heart attack two years ago, so I now want to be ready at any moment should it be needed.

One of our hiking family recently experienced a cardiac event while on a hike. We weren’t there. Treatment by folks present wasn’t optimal but fortunately he made it to the hospital. In honour of this friend and for the love of these friends I call family I purchased a 10 set with carabiners so they could keep them on their keys and always have access to life-saving aspirin. They understand and were grateful. I’ve had mine since Feb 2024 when I purchased it for my husband and I. Thank you for creating this simple amazing device.

Looking at the various products on the market, this is a clear leader. Medical grade steel with excellent threading and an O ring cannot be equaled. The holder comfortably fits four 81mg Aspirin tablets. I have given these as gifts to my children and their spouses, as well as several close friends.

This Carabiner makes it just that much easier to attach the Save A Heart Pill Fob to just about anything. I carry mine at all times, everywhere and also have the Pill Fobs at different spots around the house and in the vehicle. They saved my life 2 years ago.

A good friend of mine suffered a major heart attack at a golf course and as I responded to the situation, there was a call out of aspirin. Luckily we got one and he managed to chew it just before paramedics arrived. He was told by the physicians that it helped in saving his life. That night, as I was scrolling IG I came upon your post and I immediately bought 2 of your products and posted it on my IG when they arrived for all of my fellow golfers to see that if anyone was in need that it was attached to my golf bag with pictures of it hanging on the side.

I am impressed with the quality of the Save A Heart capsule! I have no doubt it will last a lifetime. I purchased the red carabiner for attachment to my keychain as well. Could be lifefaving for myself or someone else someday. Also, I want to relay to this Canadian manufacturer that there are SO many AMERICANS WHO ARE HEARTBROKEN about the current political situation, and are worried about losing our Canadian friends and allies. When I was young, I was in the Ohio National Guard and would have training in Grayling Michican where Canadian troops would also br training. Good memories. I want to thank your country’s leadership for understanding that what is happening is not representative of the majority of the American people, and please know that we love our neighbors to the North. ❤️
